Appointments for viewing are arranged through the office. One of our staff will meet you on site and show you the rental unit.
Once you have viewed the rental unit an application will have to be filled out. You can print an application from our web site (link at the end of the page) and have your personal information filled out or you can fill out a rental application at the viewing.

It takes approximately 48 – 72 hours for your application to be processed. Once your application has been approved our office will contact you to sign a rental agreement.
Rent can be paid in person at our office by check. We also offer internet and telephone banking payments through your financial institution. Once approved and set up we also offer direct debit for rent payment.
General office is open from 8:30am to 5:30 pm
We do show outside of office hours with prebooked appointments.
We offer a twenty-four hour answering service for emergencies and rental inquiries.

If your repair is an emergency please contact the building manager by telephone or our office. Examples of emergencies include: leaking roofs, water leaks, floods, and fires. We have staff on call to deal with all emergency situations.
All other maintenance and repairs should be in writing and directed to our office. We respond to all maintenance requests within 48 hours of receiving them.
All tenants are responsible for providing an atmosphere where other tenants may reasonably enjoy their apartment. We realize that this is not always the case. If you experience noise problems please contact our office. If the problem continues you should contact the police. You should maintain a log of the report number and the time of the noise occurred should we require the information for eviction purposes.

An appointment for doing your move in and suite inspection can be arranged for any time after 12 noon on the first of the month. All appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Your rental agreement provides information that you must give one month’s notice in writing to terminate your month-to-month rental agreement. You must give two month’s notice in writing to terminate your lease agreement. Notices to vacate must be received in our office on or before the last day of the month. Please allow extra time if you are mailing your notice instead of hand delivering it. Your lease agreement changes to a month-to-month rental agreement if you reside in your unit following the lease term and you have not signed another lease.
If you have agreed to pay for any utilities (not including telephone and cable) you are responsible for paying the utilities to the end of your tenancy. Please contact the above numbers to let them know when your tenancy ends. You should also give them your forwarding address so that your final bill may be forwarded to you.
Your unit will be inspected once you have completely vacated your unit. You are responsible for cleaning the rental unit. A list was provided with your move in package with items that need to be cleaned at move out. All belongings must be removed from the unit.
An appointment needs to be made with the office to do your suite inspection. At this time be prepared to hand in your keys to our staff member.
If the unit is not cleaned and/or the unit requires repair that amount can be deducted from your security deposit. Your security deposit and any interest owing will be refunded within 7 working days from the end of your tenancy.
